Is it Justice or Injustice from from warid Telecom
I visited to Warid telecom (pvt) Limited customer service centres Showroom 7‚8‚9 G–10 Block 8 Garnet Center Clifton‚ Karachi and Plot No 27– A Block 6 PECHS‚ Business Arcade Main Shahrae Faisal‚ Karach. And I contacted by other warid number to online operator on 321 but only gave a suggestion to visit customer centre, But they failed to give me any satisfactory reason about the blockage of my help line to online operator from my sim,When ever I visted the customer centres The represantative there only read a message from our computer and answer me to submit an undertaking for excuse and to restore my 321 online help line. I claimed them on the undermention reason that I am not going to accept it, I asked them that I want to meet the any authorise person who can listen to my complain and to declare me innocent or guilty but there was not any authorised person who can really do something,Please chage your logo WE CARE because poeple from warid telecom are not taking intrest in the care of people, They only sit there to pass time to get salaries, In this situation Warid Telecom will going to loose its customersGod Bless to warid Telecom ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Kindly read bottom to top to know all case--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Dear Customer,Thank you for contacting Warid Telecom Customer Service. On 06 Sep 2007, During my call some person interrupted my call and claiming that I am called to his mother and use vulgar language. I disconnect the call but that unknown person call me from another warid number 0321 xxxxxxx for 13 minutes and insist me to come his office near Jinnah hospital, Karachi, Pakistan or he can able come my home or where ever I will be and knows all my data. He misbehaved me use vulgar language against me and my family.Please investigate the matter that why some body have authority to listen my calls and interrupt me and use that kind of language. Please investigate the matter and listen the voice and call data from your record.Also inform me that waridtel cell connection is safe for privacy or not.In my experience its not the safe. what is the waridtel policy about using that kind of abusing language or misbehave to another person.I inform you all the facts and Now its your duty to check and investigate the the matter.
